I ordered 3 jeans from elana wear for 1500 which was their offer. When i received the package there were only 2 jeans completely different from what i have ordered and these jeans are unhygienic and wet. It looks like they have delivered used jeans.

On receiving the parcel today, I found that only 1 pair of jeans was delivered. Moreover, the product is dirty, unhygienic, and completely different from what was advertised on their platform. The seller’s Instagram page/website has now become unreachable, and I am unable to contact them for replacement, refund, or return.
I also called online contact no but no reply

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
