The had to be delivered on 7th Nov 2025, But it’s 9th Nov and the app is showing it was rescheduled by me, but I haven’t anything on that, Customer care is also fooling us by saying it will be delivered in 2 hour 3 hour.
Help me to resolve this problem.

What is the current status of your order ?

It was not delivered by them i had to go to the Amazon Delivery Station and after wasting my 1-2 hour from my job, i got the package. At the Delivery station they were saying it is not in our hand, contact the customer care and customer care was also saying same thing this is not in our hand, So where are those hands which has all these authorities?
