3 months ago bajaj chetak electric 3501 was sold.2 months ago supporting battery down.3 months ago main battery dead.I am buying scooter in finance almost 1.80 lacs
I heard it would take at least a month to replace the vehicle's battery.
The service center said it well.
But I don't have a vehicle at the moment.
I am from an ordinary family.
There is no other vehicle to use as a replacement.
The total cost of my scooter currently comes to
180000 rupees.The scooter was purchased with three years of financing.I don't know if this scooter will last for three years, so I'm complaining that I should get my money back.

I have purchased 3052 Chetak EV april,17-2025, we are facing the software error like 12V battery low voltage, but battery condition was good. due to the error vehicle is turned on, I have approached to service team and also sales team also, they are not supporting, after the sales service team is don't care the customer problems.
I have feeling it is very very very poor service support. we spend 1.5lc money but we are unable to get service what we have to do.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care (customersupport@chetak.com) of the Chetak EV, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to solve the software issue, else you will will file a consumer case against Chetak EV.

sir its battery problem again and again. At the service center, the executive says that the battery needs to be changed, but the battery is not under warranty for a 10-month-old scooter. Battery rate 1300 rupees to replace. Normal batteries are 2 years or 3 years warranty but only these companies don't have warranty. I need a solution for my e problem sir.
 
I should either exchange the new scooter or pay the current amount (down payment 20000. and 11 months EMI 54208 Rs.
The rest of the finance should be paid and the company should get rid of this scooter.
I am working as a temporary employee in Kerala State Horticulture Development Corporation with a salary of Rs.660 for eight hours. There is a distance of 45 km between my work place and my house. If it is a petrol vehicle it is Rs 200 per day and for a bus it is Rs 150 daily cash. Electric scooter was taken to avoid that. I want justice
