I have placed an order on 16th October on trendyflow for two shirts, one of the orders has arrived at my address but i have rejected it at doorstep itself without even opening it and another product never even attempted to deliver. Now both the product are not delivered and i haven't even received any refund of it.

If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
