Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice a serious concern regarding our recent order placed with your firm. We, Vyom Collection, had agreed to purchase stock worth ₹40,000/- from you. As per our mutual commitment, we transferred an advance payment of ₹10,000/-, with the understanding that the remaining amount would be paid immediately upon receipt of the stock.
However, despite receiving the advance, you have neither dispatched the goods nor provided any valid reason for the delay. Instead, you are now demanding full payment in advance, which was never part of our agreed terms.
We wish to clarify that we are fully prepared to make the remaining payment as soon as the stock is received, as per our original understanding. Your refusal to send the goods after taking the advance amount is causing us financial and operational inconvenience.
We request you to kindly dispatch the stock at the earliest as per the agreed terms. Failing to do so will compel us to take appropriate action to recover the advance and report this matter to the concerned authorities.
