I am filing a complaint against FindYourKicks for failing to deliver the order I placed 9 to 10 months ago, giving vague or misleading updates, taking around 20 days to respond whenever they do reply, and now completely ignoring my messages. This ongoing situation has caused significant stress and mental harassment due to the uncertainty and lack of accountability. Their poor communication and failure to resolve the issue are unacceptable, and I am requesting immediate delivery of my order or a full refund along with appropriate compensation for the excessive delay, inconvenience, and distress caused.
