Within a few hours of booking order, they send a message on whatsapp confirming. within hours they send confirmation of despatch and then the ball is in the courier's court - Parcelx. I have lost Rs.812 /-. There is no response on email or whatsapp. the online tracking of the shipment shows 'in-transit' for more than 30 days.
Such fraudulent merchants should be made public and on all social media to prevent more gullible people from getting duped.

If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
