I have ordered a indo western dress of ₹1400and they have sent some cheap kurta. They are not responding on mail and their number is not working. I want my money back.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
