I ordered a white shirt from the online website "frankshop". They delivered a worng color product (brown) which was also defective. After the delivery, there's no update from their side regarding the complaint raised from my side. I sent them e-mails as well as messages in WhatsApp. I also called them in the phone number provided, but never picked.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
