Consumer Complaint Regarding Defective Baby Walker Purchased from Baybee.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a baby walker purchased online from the website Baybee for Rs. 2,000. The product has proven to be unsafe, defective, and completely unfit for use by infants.

The walker is extremely lightweight and unstable. It moves and turns on its own, causing my baby to lose balance and get hurt while attempting to use it. Although the product description claims that the wheels can be locked for safety, the walker continues to move even when the wheel locks are engaged. This makes the product hazardous and defeats the purpose of providing support for a baby who is learning to walk.

Due to these serious safety issues, the walker cannot be used at all. It has caused not only financial loss but also unnecessary risk to my child.

I request an appropriate action and an immediate refund of full amount paid.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email at (care@baybee.co.in) to the customer care department of the Baybee, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to replace the defective baby walker.

Attach video and photo of the product to support your statement.

This step not only gives the company a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
