I HAVE PURSCHAED WOODLAND SNEAKERS FROM THERE ONLINE SITE ON 11TH JULY'25 AND ON 12 JULY'25 I CANCELLED MY ORDER ID 3682667 FOR THE AMOUNT OF 5996/- INR,BUT STILL THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED INTO THE CARD ACCOUNT.
THERE CUSTOMER CARE NO 1800 103 3445 DOES NOT WORK ITS 1 HOUR WAITING AND STILL NONE OF THE EXECUTIVE PICKS UP THE CALL, NO REVERT FROM THERE OFFICIAL MAIL ID AS WELL.FUNDS ACCORDING TO MY CARD STATEMENT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO DELHI OUTLET.

TILL THE DATE I AM CHASING FOR MY REFUND,SENDING THE MAILS AND CALLING CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT BUT NO REVERT FROM BOTH SIDES.

If they are not refunding the amount and responding to your emails, we suggest you to file a case against them in the Consumer Forum.
