On 13.01.2025 Hons. Magistrate gave another date on 11.02.2025 & the opposite party did not came on 13th jan.

On 27th Nov ..Consumer court gave me another date of hearing on 13.01.2025. Hons. Magistrate Send notice to the opposite party .

I go to cosumer court (bargarh) for 1st hearing on today . Honourable Magistrate asked me about case details .I explain all the case details respectfully.

Finally consumer court accept my case & provide case No- cc/123/2024.They gave for 1st hearing date on 26th Nov.

After changing in affdavit ...again file the case .

The cosumner court has revert my Case due to problem in affidavit .They told me to add all the events in affidafit.

The principal of the College did not recieved the notice & returned it to Indian post.They gave reason that No such person is in the adress.

As for Your instrution i send notice to the college .Today the college principal recieve the letter .The college Principal call me & ask ,what are the letter send to College?
