    Complaint Against MakeMyTrip for Deficiency in Service and Refund Issues

    I have also faced the same issue. My credit card was deducted twice by booking amount and no booking was made. When I tried to contact customer care it said no failed booking from last 10 hrs..the App showed refund to be initiated within 2 3 days but its been 4 days already nothing has happened...
