    Non-delivery of chocolate order from Ditch the Guilt

    I placed an order for chocolates from the website "Ditch the Guilt" on 26th November 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the product, nor any update on shipping or refund. The order was prepaid. I request Consumer Court to take necessary action.
