    Wrong article delivered and return pick up but no refund given by Amazon

    I ordered a sandal worth 24 35 /rupees which was wrong article delivered , it was quite different piece which I ordered , then I raised a return request they picked up the sandle but did not refund my money and now they are saying they they will neither refund my money nor return the sandle.
