It has been 3 months since the washing machine became defective. After registering the complaint, the technician came to check it once and left. I have been calling customer care for 3 months now. They say that the machine parts are coming. There is no progress yet.

I purchased new AC from Croma store of godrej company on 13th june 2025 and I used just for 3days now its gas is leaked and now technician asking for additional money for gas filling. I mentioned that my AC is under warranty but still they are asking for money and not picking up my calls
