Ordered a lamp from Vibrcraft for RS 7500 and delivered on June 27th. It was damaged and i immediately contacted them on the email, whatsapp and instagram. They assured me that they will pick up but despite multiple emails ans whatsapp followup they have neither picked up nor refunded my money...
