I booked a hotel through Goibibo for The Raikwal’s Hotel & Restaurant, Bhowali (Booking ID: GH21094261098318) and paid an amount of ₹1315.
Despite having a confirmed booking, I faced serious issues in availing the service. I was not provided proper assistance or resolution by Goibibo customer support even after multiple attempts to contact them.
Due to the failure of Goibibo to resolve the issue and provide support, I suffered mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss.
The actions of Goibibo amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Even after raising the issue, no satisfactory response or resolution has been provided to me till date.
