I am writing to file a formal complaint against RedBus (Ibibo Group Pvt. Ltd.) for providing highly deficient and negligent service during my recent travel experience, which caused me severe discomfort and mental harassment.
Details of Journey:
During the journey, there was constant water leakage from the air conditioning vent directly onto my face, which made the entire travel extremely uncomfortable. I was unable to sleep the whole night, and despite repeatedly informing the bus staff, no action was taken to resolve the issue. This shows a complete disregard for passenger comfort and safety.
Such service is not only a violation of consumer rights but also amounts to mental agony and physical discomfort, for which I am seeking redressal.
