Adidas: Not issuing my refund for a returned product

This is in reference to my order AIN90082361, placed on 7th June and returned on 9th June through adidas official website.

Despite multiple follow-ups over the past month via customer service helpline and emails to service@onlineshop.adidas.co.in, the refund has still not been processed. Each time I am assured that a refund link will be sent within 7 days, but I have yet to receive it.

This delay is extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on the service experience.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice via email (service@onlineshop.adidas.co.in) to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Adidas India, formally requesting a resolution of your issue and ask them for the Refund + Compensation + 18% ROI. Kindly allow them a 7-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.

but they respond the same every time that within 7 days it will be resolved but nothing happens after

As you have already emailed to them, we suggest you to file a case before the nearest District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.
You can file the case through the online e-Jagriti portal: e-jagriti Platform: Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution, Government of India

To initiate your complaint, the following documents need to be submitted:
  1. Index – A list of all enclosures/documents attached.
  2. Memo of Parties – Details of the complainant(s) and respondent(s).
  3. Affidavit – A sworn statement verifying the contents of the complaint.
  4. List of Events / Chronology – A timeline of key events related to the issue.
  5. Supporting Documents – Invoices, receipts, communication proofs, warranty cards, etc.
