Dear Sir,
This is to bring your kind attention that Farhan Khursheed who holds Aditya Birla Health Insurance Policy No (GHI-71-24-8465790-000 ) Since 2020 is being cheated by the company on increasing the premium .
Sir I Farhan Khursheed Resident of 137/130 Gajju purwa Jajmau Kanpur 208010 sir took health insurance of family floater from Aditya Birla health insurance jointly with Bajaj Finserve sir in 2020 sir the policy includes my wife Zohra Fatima, My Daughter Mariam Khursheed and Including me Sir the company promised me that you take the policy in 8356 inr which includes cashless facility and flat premium till 55 age . Sir i took the insurance and payed the premium in 2021 the renewal was does the company asked for the same premium .
Sir As there was waiting period for 2 years in health insurance in 2022 as my waiting period was over and health insurance renewal was to be doen but the company asked me to pay premium of 14772 telling me that insurance premium is increased due to increased medical cost i was surprised and asked them my premium was for flat 55 years of age so they told me due to medical cost and black fungus has been . I was a bit suspicious on the company so i ask them to write and give me regarding the flat 55 years premium then only will make renewal .
So Bajaj finserve who hold my master policy of Aditya Birla wrote in email terms and condition and gave me in 2022 so in 2023 the renewal was doen without increased premium so was in 2024 but in 2025 they again started there fraud that we are putting an increase in premium and due to that all premium have been increased .
Sir i was again very surprised why they are doing so i objected to them showing the email that it your company who has written and gave me but they said no your premium will be increased as opd facility is being added i said i dont want that if you are adding please confirm me in writing that it will be till 55 years of age for which they are denying to write down .
Sir my policy has been matured to 5 years i have payed premium for 5 years now the company is cheating with me by increasing my premium so in future hey will continue this cheating and will make premium increase now and then kindly please help .
