I, the complainant, respectfully submit this written objection against the Commission Report dated 10.02.2020 filed in CC No. 382/2019 before the Hon’ble District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thrissur. The said report is factually incorrect, technically flawed, and procedurally invalid. The inspection was conducted without a work memo or a copy of the original complaint, violating basic transparency and legal standards. The test itself was superficial—limited to a mere 2 km ride—and lacked any scientific diagnostic procedures such as engine teardown or compression tests. The report provides vague and speculative conclusions, especially the unverified assumption that engine noise reduces due to thermal expansion. Furthermore, crucial aspects such as premature component replacements (e.g., silencer and ignition coil), ongoing service issues, and the absence of factory noise standards were completely ignored. The comparison made with a reference bike sourced from the opposite party, without independent oversight, further raises serious concerns of bias.
