सर मेंने amazon कंपनी से TVS मोटर कंपनी ब्रांड के 3 जोडी raincoat ऑर्डर किये थे जो मुझे 1 to 07-01-2026 को प्राप्त हुआ और 2 raincoat उससे अगले दिन प्राप्त हुये जिनको मेंने 5-6 दिन इस्तेमाल किया पर खराब गुणवत्ता के कारण इतने दिन में ही उनकी अंदर की परत फटने लग गई तो मेंने इसकी शिकायत amazon के कस्टमर केयर पर की तो उन्होंने बोला की आपने प्रोडक्ट इस्तेमाल कर लिया है तो हम वापिस नहीं ले सकते।
तो सर बिना इस्तेमाल किए किसी प्रोडक्ट की गुणवत्ता का केसे पता चल सकता है
