Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is to be informing you that, there was a huge amount deducted from my savings account and the details are given below.
Regarding this amount deduction I visited to three ICICI Branches (Kolar, Indiranagar- Bangalore & Head office Bangalore) and they are saying that amount deducted for cheque bounce, ECS and NACH charges.

Actually, earlier I have taken three personal loans from HDFC, ICICI and Other loan app. At the time of covid (2020-2021) some delay payments had happened and after that all these three loans cleared and got NOC also.

Now bank team saying because of these this much amount was deducted.

My question to bank is
1) At the time of loan close/NOC release why they are not informed about this pending charges?
2) Why there is no pre-intimation about this deduction?

My savings account number: 016901629308
Bank: ICICI - Indiranagar- Bangalore.

Amount deduction details:
07.03.2025 -Rs. 4130
08.04.2025 - Rs. 106.32
06.05.2025 - Rs- 41702
10.05.2025 - Rs-30142.26

Total Amount: Rs. 76080.58

I have given e-mail complaint to ICICI Bank and waiting for their reply.

Kindly help me and as a middle-class common man how I have to surview.

Bank statement attached for your reference.
