I have Filed a PRE & Post Expense related to my mothers Surgery as per my Health Insurance policy but the company denied the same. I went to Insurance Ombudsman and was awarded the same. Still the company refuses to pay me Rs 54000/- spent on Physiotherapy of my mother relevant for the TKR surgery done for her knees. Please provide me justice for the same.
