I had an iPad Air fifth generation that was working completely fine with Apple Pencil second generation, then suddenly one day my iPad stopped working when I reached out to the support team in the Apple company. They told me that there is no repair or anything that Apple can do for their products which are not MacBook or iPhone. So basically if your Apple Watch AirPods, iPad just stops working one day. Your Apple expects you that you would go ahead and just buy a new one. Then when I finally purchased an iPad at Apple is telling me that my Apple Pencil second generation is not compatible with my iPad Air because apparently they have moved away from generations and they are now giving us M3 chip, so my iPad Air is not compatible with the Apple Pencil second generation and I need to buy a new Apple Pencil if I want to work with now, my question is where exactly is this written? If I am buying an iPad Air? Shouldn't the page itself show a compatibility section of which all devices are compatible with iPad Air? What if I have an AirPods and they are now telling me that oh, you need to buy AirPods Pro to connect with your iPad Air what nonsense is this? This is complete. When I reached out to their consumer team. They denied to give me any complaint email ID as well because apparently Apple feels that the consumers cannot have any complaints if you have purchased a product just live with it.
