Dear Team,

I had raised a complaint regarding my Aquaguard/Eureka Forbes water purifier, which has completely stopped functioning. Despite having an active AMC, no technician has visited yet, even after multiple follow-ups.

Due to this delay and lack of service, I am being forced to purchase drinking water daily, which is both inconvenient and disappointing. I request you to urgently look into this matter and arrange for immediate service.
