I placed a contract with Nesta for interior of the Flat 3b Tower 4 SNN outer Ring Road Bangalore in March 31, 2024 (Copy of the contract attached). The contract clause 2 provides warrant of various items from the 10 years to one year. The work was completed in August 2024. When I shifted and started living from December 2024. Several deficiencies were noticed such as unpainted walls, broken woodwork, cracks, unpolished and poorly polished woodwork etc. (photo attached) I requested Nesta to rectify them several times by mail and phone call. She has not responded to mails, and she has stopped now taking my calls. No repair/rectification is done despite several email requests. (copy attached)
