I got a 2 seater Rattan Sofa from them on 27th Mar with Order ID 17911.
The item got delivered on 7th Apr and was received it damaged condition. After multiple follow they arranged for item pick up and it was picked up on 11th Apr. i received the replacement on 15th Apr and on 19th Apr the item broke again as 2 ppl sat on the sofa. I have been again in the loop of trying to reach out to them and have told them to take the item back snd refund the money but they have been not responding and not answering. Have sent them pictures and the only msg i get from them is will update you but I need my money back. Please help.
