I requested a policy cancellation for SR: 21716276 on 13/Oct/2025 and, after a couple of follow-ups, sent the NEFT details and a cancelled cheque for the refund. However, each time I contact the support team, I am told that the back-end team has not started processing it yet. Please look into this and process my refund. The policy number is OG-26-1701-1871-00044518. This policy is created without my knowledge using auto debit facility.
