I have ordered Alexa echo 4th generation on 21st January, 2026.
After receiving I can see it is used like the tape was already open and the product is in used condition.
I have complained on the same day after opening the product.
Now they are saying they have send the correct one which is not used.
They dont have an option to return or exchange also.
