Dear Team,
I am highly dissatisfied with your response regarding Order ID ORD65024786831. Your claim that there was no discrepancy is incorrect, and your delivery team is not providing accurate information.
As previously stated, the product I received is both the wrong item and the wrong color. Furthermore, the delivery bag was not properly packed and was already open upon arrival. I urge you to review your CCTV footage to verify whether the item was correctly packed and sealed before dispatch.
I have proof of these issues and, if this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the Consumer Court.
I expect a prompt resolution and the delivery of the correct product.
