Regret to inform you that neither I have received the ordered products not have I received back the payment effected.

The other screenshot shows that the status is still showing Order is coming in 13 minutes and is 1.2 km away - whereas the order was placed yesterday.
The information is misleading, and also order not delivered or refunded for.
