Both Flipkart and Jeeves refused to provide me the invoice of installation

I purchased an ac from flipkart . Sir it's their policy that if any electronic item is bought from flipkart it should be installed by their service partner i.e Jeeves. Sir on 31st May technician from Jeeves came to my house and installed the a.c. I paid Rs 2070 to his gpay account, sir he clicked the photo from my mobile in which otp were there of cancellation and completion of installation, by saying that they have to show this to their company that we have reached to customer house. Sir on that day in evening he marked my installation as "cancelled" . I have been contacting their customer support executives and their R.M Since one month but nothing has happened. Sir without invoice I can't claim the warranty. Flipkart has acknowledged that my installation was done on 31st May but sir they refused to provide me the bill. They asked me to contact Jeeves but when I contacted Jeeves they said contact to flipkart. Sir I am very much confused and frustrated because they are not providing the "invoice of installation" they are just beating about the bush. Isn't their duty to provide the invoice if I have taken their service? By doing this they are looting the momey of customers and evading the gst and taxes also. Kindly give suggestion.
