Sir, the rear brake light glass of my Maruti Ertiga vehicle number GJ 02 DJ4702 was broken in an accident, which I gave to Jalaram Automotive Company in Raisan Gandhinagar for a new one. The owner is Malay Patel, who replaced the glass and light of the vehicle and returned my Maruti Ertiga to me after two days. When I checked it, I found that they had taken 3800 rupees from me for the original part of the glass and light + 9000 rupees for the service of other damages, but they have put fake glass and light in the market, which I presented to Malaybhai, but he admitted that it was fake goods, but he completely refused to replace the parts or return the money and gave me only 600 rupees and threatened me not to come to my showroom.
