In connection with the above subject, Myself Indrajeet Sitaram Kambale R/o- R.S.No.1024/2,plot No-5,'Shubheccha Nivas' Budhihalkar Nagar,Kalamba Ring Road Kolhapur-416007 (M.S.) is hereby requested to you that I am purchased a Maruti Ertiga Car having registration No. MH-09 FB 6187 in May 2019. Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. offered me a 5 year warranty for the purchased car at the time of purchase.
In the month Nov.2021 I received a letter from an authorised dealer of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.to change the Motor Generator Unit (MGU) of my Maruti Ertiga Car because of manufacturer policy. So I agree to replace the same. But from the month Oct.2025 my car was affected due to replacement and installation of a new Motor Generator Unit.I am requested to authorised dealer Sai Service Pvt.Ltd. of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. to solve this issue during warranty period. But they refuse for the same. As this concerned part was supplied by Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. to me in the month of Nov.2021 then its warranty period will be 5 years from supply/ installment to the newly purchased vehicle.
Due to this defective part my car is going into a breakdown condition. And I am facing economical,mental loss to me and my family.
So hereby kindly requested to you that please consider my complaint to provide me assured warranty service for this failed part of my car.
