I Sushil Kumar Bhadouria owner of Vehicle no. - MP07CG7069 resident of Gwalior Madhya Pradesh bought a car insurance policy through Maruti Suzuki Insurance Broking Ltd. from Prem Motors A.G.office of the issuing company named - The New India Assurance Company Ltd.
On 19/05/2025 i registered a claim from Prem Motors Shivpuri Link Road Gwalior for which the surveyor appointed was Kaushlendra Sharma followed by an investigation through AAA team. I am not satisfied with the working of the surveyor, investigator, insurance company as they have rejected the claim based on one sided investigation not seeing proper proofs and data related to it on time as the investigator came to Investigation after almost 15-20 days of the accident and suddenly after 1 month stated that the claim is not justified and mentioned no claim which was conveyed to me by the maruti showroom. The surveyor did not contact me once neither recieved my calls and updated me with the same that what the issue is and when i went to the new india head office in city centre assistant manager mukul jain said it is my responsibility to provide proofs which i don't understand how can i get the cctv recordings when the company is not able to get it . Even after trying countless times i am unable to receive the recording of the spot on which accident occured (Gole Ka mandir chauraha) i am not satisfied with any of the person involved in this including the surveyor, investigator, their team , insurance company no solution is provided to me even after almost 50 days of the claim.
I have complained about this to maruti suzuki Insurance broking ,prem motos shivpuri link road ,new india assurance head office gwalior but no support is provided yet.
