I attached my car kia seltos in zoomcar. During the booking the car got damaged and was towed to their garage in vaishali nagar jaipur. There they took 2-3 months just to reply. After that time they said that this is the total loss case and I will get compensation for that after signing the agreement with them in which it was mentioned that I will get the 1st installment after the execution of the aggreement but that was totally a cheating with me because it's more than a month since I signed the agreement but till now there is no reply from their side . Lastly I received a mail from RM stating that they will share an update after 3-4 months. Really such a cheating case because it's a misrepresentation of facts because they clearly mentioned that the amount would be credited as the amount gets credited.
