Sir,
I was using Sbi credit card upto mar 2021. It's validity expired in mar 2021, then I decided not to renew it. There was no communication from bank also. Pending payment was also 0.00. Suddenly in Apr 2024, they started sending bills. Now pending payment is Rs. 3480. Many times I have written to them. Finally they replied that they will send bills like that only. No purchase done. Card no. is 4726 4267 5586 8165. Every month they are reducing my cibil score also.
I want,
Cancellation of bill
Closing of card
Inform cibil to retrieve my score
Action on sbi staff
Pl help

Send a written complaint via Email to the SBI credit card customer care, mention all the details and wait for their reply.

If you will not receive the reply within 15 days you need to send a legal notice to the CMD of SBI Credit Card.
