Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a cashback offer that has not yet been credited to my account.
I had purchased an HP Omen 17 laptop from Reliance Digital Store, Sangli on 03rd November 2024. At the time of purchase, an HDFC Bank representative present at the store advised and convinced me to opt for the HDFC Bank No Cost EMI offer, which included a festival cashback offer of ₹5,000 on purchases of ₹1,00,000 or above.
As per the terms and conditions explained to me, the cashback amount was to be credited within 45 days after payment of three consecutive EMIs without any delay. I have duly paid five EMIs on time, with payments made on the 5th of each month starting from December 2024.
Despite fulfilling all the necessary conditions, I have not yet received the cashback amount of ₹5,000 in my bank account. I have repeatedly tried to contact the HDFC Bank representative at Reliance Digital, who initially recommended this offer. Unfortunately, he has not responded to my calls or queries, and has continuously ignored my follow-up attempts.
I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and assist in ensuring the cashback is processed as promised. I would appreciate a timely response or any further steps required from my end to resolve this issue.
