We submitted an order on 21 July , the order was in warehouse of Daund ( Dist Pune - Maharashtra ) Pin - 413801 . But the order got delivered on Aug 16. We immediately submitted exchange order on 19th Aug. The pickup happened on 20th Aug. Since then we have not recieved the refund amount of Rs. 239.58. ( Two hundred thirty nine ruppees and fifty eight paise) Its is total 52 days since the product was picked up from us and we have made multiple calls and emails to the company but we are not getting any resolution from them.

15th Sept 2025
30th Sept 2025
4th Oct 2025
10th Oct 2025

Apart from this we have sent whatsapp messages to them from 10th Aug. Also multiple calls to customer service.

It has been very bad experience and seems like the company and delivery partner ( shadowfax : Shadowfax – Best Indian Logistics Companies for Express Deliveries ) are intentionally holding the amount of consumers to gain interest on it. The normal interest rate of 45+ days of FD is 4.25% Assume N such customers amount is kept on hold intentionally

I would like the consumer forum to look into this and help us get the amount refunded ASAP
