IT IS HEREBY TO COMPLAINING ABOUT THE TATA MOOTORS SERVICE CENTRE IN AJMER AND THE WHOLE TATA MOTORS GROUP FOR THE HARRESEMENT OF THAT MY CAR HAD GONE FOR THE SEVICE AND REPAIR ON 21 JULY 2025 , I HAVE TATA SAFARI AND REGISTRATION NUMBER OF THAT VEHICLE IS RJ01UB 4621, MY CAR HAD WATER LOGGED AT THE TIME OF FLOOD WHICH I HAD GIVEN ALMOST 75 DAYS TO THE SHOWRROM AND TOOK INSURANCE CLAIM OF WHATEVER LOSE THE CAR HAD ON 8TH OCTOBER I GOT DELEVERY ORDER FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND I RECIEVE MY CAR FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE BUT AFTER 8 OCTOBER 2025 I HAD SEND MY CAR ALMOST 4 TIMES FOR VARIOUS SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE ISSUES AND THET ARE TORTURING ME EVERYTIME THAT WE HAVE TO TAKE 4 DAYS OR 3 DAYS EVERYTIME IT GOES TO SC ,
I WANTED TO KNOW FROM TATA MOTORS INDIA AND MUDGAL MOTORS AJMER THAT AFTER 3 MONTHS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DO SERVICE OF MY CAR YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DO PROPER FITTING OF THE CAR , YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CLEAR SOFTWARE GLITCH , THEY ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING THAT HOW COULD I SURVIVE 3 MONTHS WITHOUT CAR
