I am writing regarding order #4601, placed on 27 August 2026 at octave exceed official website for a total of 4 items with a grand total of ₹4,375.
I have received only 2 out of the 4 items in this order. The remaining 2 items have not been delivered, although the order shows a Partial fulfillment status.
They are not picking up the phone call and neither responding on WhatsApp . I wrote several emails but they stopped responding
