Dear Sir,
I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding repeated unauthorized deductions from my talk time balance from my Airtel sim.
I have active unlimited plans on both my numbers:
• 9656369343
• 7736369343

Despite having these unlimited plans, Airtel has been deducting amounts from my talk time balance without any usage on my part. This is extremely concerning, as the deductions appear to be unjustified and happen even though the unlimited plans should cover all my usage.
It is unacceptable that such deductions occur, as it feels like Airtel is deducting my money without reason, even after I have recharged with unlimited plans.
