I am filing this complaint against Akhand TVS Service Center, Najafgarh for gross deficiency in service, negligence, and mental harassment caused to me as a customer.
On 31st December 2025, I submitted my bike at the above-mentioned service center for a specific issue – missing problem while driving. I trusted the service center to diagnose and resolve the issue promptly and professionally. However, even after 15 days, there has been no proper solution provided.
Instead of fixing the original problem, the service center has worsened the condition of my bike to the extent that it is no longer in running condition. I have not been informed about what repairs or changes were made, and there is zero transparency in their approach. This reflects gross negligence and lack of accountability.
This complaint is being filed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, as the service center has failed to provide the promised service and caused undue hardship.
