Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Rawoofa Begum would like to lodge a formal complaint against an online seller named Bookish Adda for deficiency in service and non-delivery of goods despite full payment being made.Details of the Complaint Name: Bookish AddaNature of Transaction: Online purchase of books Order Number: 24941Books Ordered Habits & Deep Work.Mode of Payment: Online (full payment made in advance)Order Status: Payment successful, but books not delivered.Despite making full payment at the time of placing the order, the seller has failed to deliver the books. I have made repeated attempts to contact Bookish Adda through available communication channels, but there has been no response or resolution from their side.This act has caused me financial loss, mental harassment, and inconvenience. The seller’s behavior clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.Relief Sought respectfully request the Hon’ble Authority to the seller to either deliver the ordered books immediately or refund the full amount paid. and inconvenience caused.Take appropriate action against the seller to prevent such practices in the future.I am enclosing copies/screenshots of the order confirmation and payment proof for your reference.I request you to kindly take necessary action at the earliest.
