My order was cancelled by Domino’s without any reason even after payment was accepted. Now they’re saying the refund will take 7 days, which is unfair since the cancellation was from their side. Please look into this and process my refund immediately.


I’ve faced this issue multiple times, and many others have experienced it too. The company first accepts your payment and then cancels the order without any reason, while earning interest on your money.

I placed order on 6th Feb '26 order number 97, store cancelled my order stating oven was not working ,if the oven wa not working means why was my order accepted,they cancelled my order and said amount will be refunded we are on 18th today till date i have not received refund ,i am continuously following up with dominos ,they are saying it will be addressed in 48 hrs ,24 hrs ,
But no update till date ,i need serious action to be taken against this
I need my refund on priority
