I, GORLE VIJAYA DURGA PRASAD, would like to file a complaint against DTDC Courier Services regarding the non-delivery of my parcel.
My parcel was sent from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh to Gandhinagar, Gujarat on 3rd February 2026 through DTDC. The consignment number is H57666549.
As per the tracking details on DTDC’s official website, the parcel status was updated as “Delivered” on 6th February 2026. However, I have not received the parcel. I did not receive any phone call, message, or delivery attempt from the courier personnel.
When I contacted DTDC customer care, they informed me that there is no proof of delivery available, yet the tracking status shows the parcel as delivered. They raised multiple complaint tickets and assured me that the issue would be resolved. However, I repeatedly received emails stating that the issue has been resolved, without actually resolving it or delivering my parcel.
Despite contacting customer care several times, they continue to raise new tickets and close them without providing a proper solution. This has caused me mental stress, inconvenience, and potential financial loss.
Therefore, I kindly request the Honorable Consumer Court to take appropriate action against DTDC and direct them to:
