Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Amit Vijay Disale, residing at Chaitanya Park Society Row House No 11 Kolki Tal : Phaltan, District Satara – 415523, wish to lodge a formal complaint under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, against Eureka Forbes Ltd. (Aquaguard Division) for deficiency in service and failure to fulfill service obligations under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

Despite repeated calls, emails, and follow-ups, no technician has visited to resolve the issue. The purifier has remained non-functional for an extended period, causing serious inconvenience.

This clearly constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, since the company failed to provide the services promised under a paid AMC contract.

Relief Sought:

I humbly request the Hon’ble Commission to:

Direct Eureka Forbes Ltd. to immediately repair or replace the defective product.

Refund the AMC amount or extend the AMC validity by the duration of non-service.

Provide compensation of ₹ 25000 for mental harassment, inconvenience, Health issue causing non filter water due poor service and loss of service.

Direct the company to issue a written apology and improve its grievance redressal mechanism.
