I, Obula Raju Erupothu, S/o Narasimha Rao, resident of Lakkarajupalli Village, Ananthasagararam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, would like to file a complaint against Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. for non-installation of a purchased product and repeated negligence in customer service.
I had ordered a EAST COAST ARROGANT 20T Kids Cycle (Red, 20-inch, with Inbuilt Carrier for 4–9 Years) on 26th September 2025 from Flipkart.

The product was delivered on 6th October 2025.
Since the date of delivery, I have called Flipkart customer care more than 10 times, but there has been no proper response from their side. The installation request was cancelled three times without any valid reason or prior intimation. This repeated delay has caused me mental stress and inconvenience, as the product remains uninstalled and unusable.
